Step 1 · Program All founders in the cohort
The 12-week program
Every founder gets a €10,000 stipend, AI and cloud credits, mentorship and the full build-and-validate curriculum. When you're ready to incorporate, you'll receive €5,000 to cover the setup and admin fees for the first year. For the program and the €15,000 total sponsorship we take a 6% stake in your company.

Step 2 · Co-found Founders who go on to build
We build the company with you
Once incorporated, we keep backing you on development, go-to-market, and hiring and can help you raise your first round. For qualifying companies, we can increase the investment upon incorporation to €40,000 for an additional 4% equity stake, so you can immediately continue running the business.

Who is Founder Launchpad for?
Professionals with deep experience in a specific industry who want to build a company, usually B2B software or an AI application. If you understand a problem inside out and want to be the one who fixes it, this is for you.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The whole premise is that AI now lets domain experts build. We teach you to ship with modern AI tools, so you don't need a technical co-founder to get started.
Do I have to quit my job to join?
Not to start. The program is full-time for 12 weeks, and the €10k stipend is there precisely so you can step away from work and focus on building.
What does it cost, and do you take equity?
For the program plus €15,000 of sponsorship (a €10,000 stipend and €5,000 towards first-year setup and admin), AI Campus takes a 6% stake when you incorporate. Qualifying companies can increase the investment to €40,000 for an additional 4%, so 10% in total.
How much do you invest?
Up to €50,000 in total per founder: a €10k stipend during the program, plus up to €40k invested into your company if you incorporate and build.
Do you help me raise money?
If you want to raise, yes. We support you on your first round and introduce you to our network of investors, who follow our companies closely. Raising is always your choice, some founders prefer to grow on revenue.
When does the first cohort start, and how do I join?
The first cohort runs in Q1 2027. Our intro sessions are free events to get to know you and the program, not the start of the cohort. Come to one, or register your interest and we'll be in touch.
