You have not really used AI yet
Start with an introductory session. You will leave understanding what generative AI actually does, which tool to reach for, and, just as importantly, what you must never paste into one.
AI Campus runs practical artificial intelligence training in Barcelona for people who want to use AI in their actual work, not to study it in the abstract. Sessions are hands-on, taught in small groups, and built around real tasks brought in by the people attending.
We teach in Spanish, Catalan and English, at our campus in Gràcia, at your offices anywhere in the Barcelona area, or online.

Most people arrive unsure which level to start at. This is the quickest way to place yourself.

This is where most professionals are. The gap is not prompting, it is knowing which parts of your job are worth handing over and building a repeatable way of doing it. Our applied sessions are aimed here.
For people going further than using the tools: automating real workflows, or building a product. Founder Launchpad is the deeper track, a rolling coaching programme for people starting an AI-native company.
Founder Launchpad →Two formats, depending on whether you are coming as an individual or bringing a team.
Short evening sessions on a specific topic, open to anyone in Barcelona. This is how most people first meet AI Campus. Upcoming sessions are listed above.
A full applied programme for one team or a whole department, tailored to the work your people actually do, and fundable through FUNDAE.
Sessions are built on the tools your team already has or is about to adopt: ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini. We focus on choosing the right one for a given task rather than teaching a single vendor, and every exercise runs on real work from the room.
A dedicated block covers what you can and cannot share with an AI tool: client data, addresses, access codes, health or minors' information. It covers GDPR as it applies to daily use, and the real difference between a free account and a company one. For most teams this is the single most valuable session.
Barcelona has genuinely good free options and it is worth knowing them. Barcelona Activa's Cibernàrium runs subsidised digital and AI training for residents, and several universities publish free introductory material. If your goal is a first look at the subject, start there.
Paid training earns its cost when you need something the free tracks do not give you: content built around your own workflows, a small group, someone in the room to unblock you, and, for companies, the documentation and reporting that comes with it. That is what we do. Our own community sessions have been free to attend; team programmes are quoted per company.
Spanish employers can recover up to 100% of the cost of training through their annual FUNDAE credit. We handle the justification file so the credit does the work.
Our campus is at Carrer de Jesús 3, in Vila de Gràcia, Barcelona. Our new space opens in September 2026, and that is when the full programme starts. In-company training is delivered at your offices anywhere in the Barcelona area, or online.
Carrer de Jesús 3, 08012 BarcelonaNo. Our sessions are designed for people with no previous experience of these tools, in plain language. The material assumes you know your own job well, not that you know anything about AI.
Spanish, Catalan or English. Open sessions are announced with their language; in-company training is delivered in whichever of the three your team prefers.

Open sessions and seminars are usually a single evening of around two hours. The in-company programme is 20 hours, split into 5 sessions of 4 hours, so people can apply what they learned at work between sessions and bring their questions back.
Our community sessions have been free to attend. Training programmes for companies are quoted per organisation and are fundable through FUNDAE, which for Spanish employers can cover up to 100% of the cost.
Yes. Spanish employers have an annual FUNDAE training credit and our programmes qualify. We help prepare the justification file so the credit covers the cost.
Participants on the in-company programme receive attendance and completion records, a competency check and versioned course materials, which are useful as evidence of AI literacy measures under Article 4 of the EU AI Act.
