Who it's for

The best founders don't call themselves founders yet

You're a doctor, a lawyer, an accountant, a researcher. You've spent years inside a field and you understand its problems better than any outsider could. With AI, you no longer need a technical team to build the fix. You can be the founder, and you don't have to quit first: your track is built around you, and most founders start while still employed.

How it works

Two steps: you build and validate, then we incorporate

1
Step 1 · Build and validate Every founder we work with

One-on-one coaching and mentorship

We help you turn the problem you know into a real product, then put it in front of the people who would pay for it. You talk to actual customers and find out whether what you believe is valuable really is, before you bet your career on it. Personal coaching, mentors and credits throughout. No stipend, no equity, no obligation.

2
Step 2 · Incorporation Founders who go on to build

€50,000 investment and legal guidance

We invest €50,000 for 8% of your company, with legal guidance through incorporation and your first round. One number, one deal, no negotiation, and hands-on company building rather than just a cheque. The offer is valid for 24 months from the day you join, so whatever you start in that window, we can back on these terms.

No forced timelines

You incorporate when you are ready

There is no demo day to rush towards and no deadline we invented for you. We work at the pace of each founder, and you incorporate when you have something worth incorporating.

FAQ

Founder Launchpad, answered

Who is Founder Launchpad for?

Professionals with deep experience in a specific industry who want to build a company, usually B2B software or an AI application. If you understand a problem inside out and want to be the one who fixes it, this is for you.

Do I need to be technical?

No. The whole premise is that AI now lets domain experts build. We teach you to ship with modern AI tools, so you don't need a technical co-founder to get started.

Do I have to quit my job to join?

No. Your coaching track is built around you, and many founders start while still employed. You incorporate when you are ready, not on a program clock.

What does it cost, and do you take equity?

The coaching costs you nothing and takes no equity. When you incorporate, we invest €50,000 for 8%, with legal guidance through incorporation and your first round. That offer stays open for 24 months from the day you join.

How much do you invest?

€50,000 per company, invested when you incorporate. There are no stipends, everything goes into the company.

Do you help me raise money?

If you want to raise, yes. We support you on your first round and introduce you to our network of investors, who follow our companies closely. Raising is always your choice, some founders prefer to grow on revenue.

When can I start, and how do I join?

Any time. Applications are rolling and tracks start when you do. Our intro sessions are free events to get to know you, not the start of anything. Come to one, or register your interest and we'll be in touch.

What if I never incorporate?

Then nothing happens. Coaching takes no equity and creates no obligation. Our offer to invest stays open for 24 months, whether there is a company to back is up to what you build.
