This site offers information about our AI courses, seminars and in-company training in Barcelona, and lets visitors register for sessions, submit inquiries and create an account.
The content, design, trademarks and logos on this site are owned by us or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without authorisation. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites we link to.
We take reasonable care with this site but provide it without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for temporary unavailability or for decisions taken on the basis of its content.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, unless the law provides otherwise for consumers.

Who is responsible for your data

What we collect and why
- Account: your name and email when you register, to create and manage your account (legal basis: performance of a contract).
- Inquiries and forms: the name, email and any details you send when you request private training, propose a course, ask about sponsorship or venue rental, or apply to Founder Launchpad, so we can respond and follow up (legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps).
- Registrations: the details needed to register you for a session and, for paid sessions, to take payment. Card details are entered directly with our payment provider and are not stored by us (legal basis: performance of a contract).
- Programme emails: your email address, for messages about the sessions you register for and a monthly digest of what is coming up. Both come with your account (legal basis: performance of a contract for the session messages, our legitimate interest for the digest). You can turn the digest off in your settings or from any digest we send. Subscribers without an account get it on the basis of their consent.
- Analytics: usage data through our analytics tools, only if you accept analytics cookies (legal basis: your consent). See the cookie section.
- Technical data: when you visit, our systems and providers handle limited technical data such as your IP address and browser information to keep the service running and secure and to prevent abuse (legal basis: our legitimate interest).
Who we share it with
We share data with providers who process it on our behalf to run the service, covering hosting and infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery, and website and product analytics. They act on our instructions under data-processing agreements.
Many sessions are hosted by a partner organisation. When you register for one, or join its waiting list, we give that partner your name, email address and, if you added one, your LinkedIn profile, plus your registration status and date. They use it to run the session and to write to you about it. Their own newsletter is a separate thing: they add you to it only if you agreed to that when you registered. What they do with your details after the session is their own decision, so their privacy policy applies alongside ours.
International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as a European Commission adequacy decision or its standard contractual clauses. Our product analytics runs in its EU region.
How long we keep it
We keep account and registration data while your account or relationship with us is active, inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request, and analytics data for the retention period set with each provider. We then delete or anonymise it, keeping only what the law requires us to retain.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, or object to a use, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing [email protected]. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
