For employers

Make your team genuinely productive with AI

Hands-on, in-person AI training for your people in Barcelona, with learnings tailored to their actual roles and day-to-day work.

Fundable through FUNDAE (formación bonificada): Spanish employers can recover up to 100% of the cost within their annual training credit.

Who it's for

AI courses for companies, from SMEs to enterprise

We run AI courses for companies in Barcelona in the format your organisation needs: a practical course for a whole team or department, a corporate AI seminar for leadership, or a hands-on AI workshop to get a group started. We work with SMEs, scale-ups and large employers, and with every function from marketing and sales to finance, HR and operations.

Sessions are built on the tools your people will actually use, including ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini, applied to real tasks from their own roles. Training is delivered in person at our campus in Barcelona, or at your offices anywhere in the Barcelona area.

Why companies choose us

Training that gets used

Hands-on and role-specific

People work on real tasks from their own job, in small groups. No abstract "intro to AI" lectures.

Built to stick

Five weekly half-days with a short real task between each. People apply what they learn, hit real friction, and bring it back.

AI Act evidence included

Receive attendance, completion, a competency check, and versioned materials. Useful for your Article 4 measures.

Up to 100% covered by FUNDAE

Spanish employers can recover up to 100% of the cost through FUNDAE. We help you handle the justification file so the credit does the work.

Up to 30 per cohort

Delivered in person for one team or a whole department, at our Barcelona campus or your offices. Available in Spanish, Catalan and English.

A real outcome per person

Each participant leaves with a personal prompt library, practical techniques mapped to their own role, and a completion certificate.

How we run it

The shape most courses take

Every programme is tailored to your organisation. We run courses as four to five sessions of four hours, so people have time to apply the learnings at work and come back with questions.

  1. 1

Foundations: how AI works, and where it pays off

A clear, jargon-free mental model of generative AI: what it is genuinely good at, where it adds the most value, and the current tool landscape. Plus a quick grounding in using it confidently on real work, including confidentiality and data protection.

  2. 2

From prompts to skills and loops

Prompting alone is no longer the point. We focus on AI skills, the reusable capabilities that have largely replaced one-off prompts, and on building loops, where the loop itself generates the prompts, so output gets stronger and faster with far less effort.

  3. 3

    Applied AI for your function

A simple framework for spotting which tasks are worth handing to AI, then specific, tailored content for the functions on the course (marketing, finance, HR, sales and more), with examples and hands-on exercises drawn from their real work.

  4. 4

Integrating AI into your tools and systems

How to fit AI into the systems and tools your team already uses day to day, so it becomes part of real work rather than a separate tab. A practical look at connecting AI to your existing setup.

  5. 5

    Measuring impact and scaling up

Short participant demos of what they have put into practice. How to measure the impact (time saved, quality, output) and keep momentum going across the team, plus a brief note on responsible use. Closes with a competency check and certificates.

EU AI Act

AI literacy, evidenced

Article 4 asks organisations to take measures to support the AI literacy of their staff. This course is one such measure, and it produces the records to show for it. It does not by itself make an organisation "AI Act compliant," and there is no legally required certificate, but it helps you meet and evidence your obligations.

FAQ

Private training, answered

How long is the course and how is it structured?

The standard programme is four to five sessions of four hours, usually one per week, around 16 to 20 hours in total. People apply what they learn at work between sessions and bring their questions back. We also run shorter formats: a half-day corporate AI seminar or a hands-on workshop.

Where does the training take place?

In person, at our campus in Barcelona, or at your offices. We deliver across the Barcelona area, in Spanish, Catalan or English.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the format and cohort size, so we quote per programme. Spanish employers can recover up to 100% of the cost through FUNDAE (formación bonificada), and we prepare the justification file. Ask us for a quote with the bonificación applied.

Who should attend, and how large can the group be?

Up to 30 people per cohort. We train whole teams, departments and management groups, and we adapt the content to the functions in the room: marketing, sales, finance, HR, operations, legal and more.

Which AI tools does the course cover?

The ones your team will actually use day to day: ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini, plus the AI features inside your existing stack. We adapt the toolset to your company's setup and policies.

Does the training count for the EU AI Act?

It helps. Article 4 asks organisations to support the AI literacy of their staff. The course produces attendance records, a competency check and versioned materials you can use to evidence those measures.
