An AI event space in Barcelona, built for learning from each other
AI Campus Barcelona is a learning space in Gràcia where the city's AI community meets. If you are running a session about AI, a talk, a workshop, a meetup, a demo night or a training day, you can host it here, with our community around it.
What fits here
Sessions where people leave knowing more than they came in with
We are an educational space, and every session in it, ours or yours, shares that character: someone shows what they have built or learned, and the room learns from it. Who organizes it, a company, a meetup group or a university, is up to you.
Workshops and hands-on training
Half-day or evening sessions where people work on their own laptops, in groups of up to 30 at tables.
Talks, panels and demo nights
A speaker, a panel or a few builders on stage showing how something is made, questions from the room and a drink after.
Hackathons and team learning days
A day of building around one theme, or a day of AI training for your team. We can run it, or you bring your own trainer.
The space
One hall in Gràcia, set up for the session you are running
Up to 50 people
Theater rows for a talk, tables for a workshop, or standing for a demo night. For an evening or a full day.
Stage, screen and sound
A stage with projection and a screen, microphone and speakers, and fast wifi. Bring a laptop, we handle the rest.
Hall and mezzanine
An industrial hall with exposed brick and a mezzanine, so the room can split into breakouts or a demo corner.
In the middle of Gràcia
Carrer de Jesús 3, a few minutes' walk from Diagonal (L3, L5) and Gràcia (FGC), and from Passeig de Gràcia.

Your session, in front of the right audience
The space is where Barcelona's AI community already meets, and a session hosted here can be part of that program rather than a night in an empty room. All of it optional.

Your session appears on our calendar next to our own, with registration through our site or yours.
Announced to our members
We tell our members and our LinkedIn following about it, in whichever of English, Spanish and Catalan fit the room.
Photographed and followed up
Photos from the session go up on our site, and attendees get a follow-up with the material you want to share.
Questions
Before you write to us
Can I rent the space for my own session?
Yes. Companies host workshops, talks, demo nights and team training days here, and we quote for the space and the setup. The one condition is that the session is about AI and people learn something in it, because that is what our educational licence and our community are for.
How many people fit?
Up to 50, depending on the layout. Theater rows in front of the stage seat 50. Workshop tables hold up to 30 with room to work.
What does it cost?
It depends on the format, the day and how long you need the space, so we quote per session. Tell us what you are planning and we reply with a number within one or two business days. Community meetups with free entry and company training days are not priced the same way.
Can we charge for tickets?
Yes. You can sell tickets through our site or through your own platform such as Luma, Eventbrite or Meetup. If the session is listed in our program we send registrations wherever you tell us.
Do you help us fill the room?
If you want us to. A session in our program is announced to our members and on our LinkedIn page. Some hosts bring their whole audience and only want the space. Both are fine.
Which languages?
Any. Our own sessions run in Spanish, Catalan and English, and the announcement goes out in the language of the session.
Is catering included?
Basic drinks and snacks are included. Anything more can be quoted separately by our catering partner. We don't charge commission on the catering.
