The way firms work is changing fast: new invoicing rules, clients expecting more, fewer people to hire, and AI tools appearing everywhere. Some of it helps, and some of it just adds noise.

In this roundtable, we invite 20 accountants and firm owners sit down to compare notes honestly:

• What is working in your practice today, and what is costing you the most time?

• Which tools and processes have made a real difference, and which haven’t?

• Where do you see the biggest gaps in how accounting works in Spain?

• What would you change if you could rebuild your firm from scratch?

The roundtable is hosted by Vincent Jong, founder of the AI Campus Barcelona. No presentations and no sales pitches - this is an open discussion among peers. You’ll leave with a clearer view of where the profession is heading and what other firms are doing about it.
